Request account deletion — Alwways

You can delete your Alwways account and associated data at any time.

Option 1 — From the app (recommended)

1. Open the Alwways app
2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
3. Tap Delete account
4. Confirm the action

Deletion is permanent. Your profile, books, conversations, and account history will be removed.

Option 2 — By email

If you cannot access the app, email us from the address linked to your account:

alwwaysapp@gmail.com

Suggested subject: Alwways account deletion request

Include the email you used to register. We will process your request within 30 days.

What data is deleted

• Profile data (name, email, photo)
• Books and episodes you created
• Chat history with Titi
• Orders and notifications linked to your account

Data we may retain

We may retain minimal information where required by law (for example, tax or accounting obligations). In those cases, data is anonymized or restricted and not used for marketing.
